Thank you to the1140 people who visited us for Tour De Tanks.  Here is the much requested recipe for Red Pepper Hummus that we served during the event.   Please let us know what you would like to see for next year's UnCorked Event! Red Pepper Hummus 12 oz jar of fire roasted red peppers 14 oz can of chickpeas / garbonzo beans 1 teaspoon paprika 2 Tablespoons cream cheese 2 Tablespoons garlic oil 1 teaspoon lime juice salt  Drain peppers and chickpeas, put them into a food processor.  Add paprika, cream cheese, oil and lime juice.  Process until a hummus like puree then add salt and possibly more lime juiice if desired
