Red Pepper Hummus
- 12 oz jar of fire roasted red peppers
- 14 oz can of chickpeas / garbonzo beans
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons garlic oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- salt
- Drain peppers and chickpeas, put them into a food processor.
- Add paprika, cream cheese, oil and lime juice.
- Process until a hummus like puree then add salt and possibly more lime juiice
if desired
